Will the color show up over my dark eyes?
- Yes. Each color is hand picked to show up over brown/dark brown colored eyes.
Are these safe to wear?
- Cosmetic contact lenses are very sensitive and requires you to maintain good hygiene to safely wear them. They are 100% safe if you take care of them properly.
How long does shipping take?
- Shipping only takes 1-3 business days to receive. Please see Shipping section for more information on shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
- Please note : we do not ship outside of the united states.
What should I do if my package says it was delivered but I did not receive it?
- Unfortunately these things do happen, so please call USPS customer service immediately to file a claim and email the case/reference number to [email protected]
Do you offer prescription lenses?
• KQ Beauty does NOT offer prescription. Our lenses are only for cosmetic use.
Can I return my order?
- PLEASE INSPECT YOUR LENSES BEFORE OPENING. If you would like to return your order you may ship back to return sending address and ONLY if the items are unopened and unused. We will issue full refund after receiving items. You have 7 days to return your order after receiving it. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND IF PRODUCTS ARE OPENED!
Can I cancel my order?
- Yes. You may cancel your order within 1 hour. If it has already passed the hour time frame please email us at [email protected] to request immediate cancellation.
